Add a little kick to your Noodle Salad with our Spicy Chili Dipping Sauce. The cooling crunch of fresh vegetables makes this the perfect summer salad or quick weeknight meal.
4 cups chopped fresh crunchy raw vegetables of your choice including; snow peas, sliced bell peppers, sliced radish, chopped scallions, sliced carrots, bean sprouts
12 ounces Chinese egg noodles or long pasta like linguine
2 tablespoons Sutter Buttes California Lime Infused Olive Oil
2/3 cup Sutter Buttes Spicy Chili Dipping Sauce
Chopped cilantro and Thai basil or mint for garnish
Salt to taste
Prepare the vegetables: trim, seed, peel as necessary and cut into bite-size pieces. Cook the noodles according to package directions. When they’re cooked through, rinse in cold water, then toss with Sutter Buttes California Lime Infused Olive Oil. Toss prepared vegetables, cooled noodles and Spicy Chili Dipping Sauce together. Garnish with chopped cilantro, Thai basil or mint and finish with a sprinkling of salt.
