Easy Garlic Bread

Can we just talk about garlic bread for a second? Is it not the best side EVER?? Crispy, warm bread dressed in cheesy, garlic-y sauce… We’re not sure who invented it, but we sure love them for it! If you’ve never tried making your own garlic bread, our Easy Garlic Bread is the place to start!

1 large baguette or other crusty bread

4 cloves garlic, chopped finely

4 tablespoons Sutter Butte’s Garlic Herb Olive Oil

¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes

2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

1 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

½ tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 400.

In a bowl, mix together chopped garlic, olive oil, red pepper flakes, cheese, parsley and pepper until thoroughly combined. Slice baguette in half, and spread olive oil/spice mixture on on the bread. Place bread on a lined cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until brown on edges. You can broil the bread for 1 minute to crisp/brown it on the edges more, but be sure to watch it carefully!

Slice & enjoy!
