Cinnamon Sugar Breakfast Donuts

Light and fluffy with a crunchy cinnamon sugar topping these will be your new go-to breakfast treat! Made with our Vanilla Infused Olive Oil. If you don’t have a donut pan they are great baked up in a standard muffin tin.
Ingredients
- 1 Box Sutter Buttes Cinnamon Sugar Breakfast Donuts
- 1/4 Cup Melted Unsalted Butter
- 1/4 Cup Sutter Buttes Vanilla Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Milk
- 2 Eggs
For Topping
- Packet of cinnamon sugar (included in baking kit)
- 3 Tbs Melted Butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Spray 12 cup donut or muffin tin lightly with baking spray.
- Combine butter, oil, milk, and eggs in a large bowl.
- Add the donut mix and stir until well blended but do not over mix.
- Divide evenly between cups filling each about 3/4 cup full.
- Bake about 12-15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Remove from pan.
- Cool completely.
For Topping
- Place the cinnamon sugar mixture packet into small bowl.
- Dip the top of the donut into melted butter and then roll in the cinnamon sugar.
