Chickpea Tikka Masala

A super quick and delicious meal using chickpeas and Butter Chicken Masala Sauce.


2 Cans Garbanzo Beans (drained)

1 Bottle Sutter Buttes Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

¼ Cup Water (you can use pasta water too)

½ Tsp Salt (use as per taste)

¼ Tsp Pepper (use as per taste)

1 Tsp Red Chili Powder (use as per taste)

4 Tbsp Freshly Chopped Coriander (can use Cilantro)


Heat a large pan/skillet and add 2 tbsp olive oil.

Add drained chickpeas, salt, pepper, red chili powder and sauté for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.

Pour 1 bottle of Butter Chicken Masala Sauce, water and sauté everything.

Let this simmer and cook for 5 minutes.

Stir everything once and Turn off the heat.

Transfer the chickpeas tikka masala to a serving plate and sprinkle fresh cilantro on top.
