Super easy, delicious and quick, pizza inspired by fall flavors using chicken, cranberries, onion and Butter Chicken Masala Sauce.
4 Medium Pizza Base (homemade or store-bought)
2 Chicken Breasts (chopped in bite size pieces)
½ Cup Dried Cranberries
1 Red Onion (thinly sliced)
3-4 Tbsp Sutter Buttes Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce
2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
½ Tsp Salt (use as per taste)
¼ Tsp Pepper (use as per taste)
4 Tbsp Freshly Chopped Coriander (can use Cilantro)
Heat a large pan/skillet and add 2 tbsp olive oil.
Add chopped chicken and sauté for 5-7 minutes over medium heat (till the chicken is completely cooked).
Take 1 pizza base and spread 3-4 tbsp butter chicken masala sauce all over it.
Add 3 tbsp cooked chicken strips, red onion, dried cranberries
Sprinkle 3-4 tbsp shredded cheese, add salt pepper on top. Keep aside.
Similarly, ready the left 4 pizza base.
Place all the pizza in oven and bake till 10 minutes
Turn off the heat.
Transfer the pizza to serving plate and sprinkle fresh coriander on top.
