Butter Chicken Pizza

Super easy, delicious and quick, pizza inspired by fall flavors using chicken, cranberries, onion and Butter Chicken Masala Sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 medium pizza crust (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 chicken breasts (chopped in bite-size pieces)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 red onion (thinly sliced)
- 3-4 tbsp Sutter Buttes Butter Chicken Sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt or per taste
- 1/4 tsp pepper or per taste
- 4 tbsp freshly chopped coriander (can use cilantro)
Directions
- Heat a large pan/skillet and add 2 tbsp olive oil.
- Add chopped chicken and sauté for 5-7 minutes over medium heat until the chicken is completely cooked.
- Take 1 pizza crust and spread 3-4 tbsp butter chicken sauce on it.
- Add cooked chicken cut into pieces, red onion, dried cranberries
- Sprinkle 3-4 tbsp shredded cheese, add salt pepper on top. Keep aside.
- Place pizza in oven and bake for 10 minutes
- Turn off the heat.
- Transfer the pizza to serving plate and sprinkle fresh coriander or cilantro on top.
