Extremely delicious, quick and comforting penne pasta sautéed in Butter Chicken Masala Sauce.

  1. Heat a large pan/skillet and add 4 tbsp olive oil.
  2. Add chopped chicken and sauté for 5-7 minutes over medium heat (till the chicken is completely cooked).
  3. Pour 1 bottle of Butter Chicken Masala Sauce, water and sauté everything.
  4. Let this simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add pasta and stir everything together.
  6. Let the pasta simmer in butter chicken masala sauce for 3-4 minutes (over low heat).
  7. Turn off the heat.
  8. Transfer the pasta to serving plate and sprinkle fresh coriander or cilantro on top.
