Extremely delicious, quick and comforting penne pasta sautéed in Butter Chicken Masala Sauce.
4 Serving Plates
2 Cups Penne Pasta (cooked as per package instructions)
3 Chicken Breasts (chopped in bite size pieces)
¼ Cup Water (you can use pasta water too)
½ Tsp Sutter Buttes Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (use as per taste)
¼ Tsp Pepper (use as per taste)
4 Tbsp Freshly Chopped Coriander (can use Cilantro)
Heat a large pan/skillet and add 4 tbsp olive oil.
Add chopped chicken and sauté for 5-7 minutes over medium heat (till the chicken is completely cooked).
Pour 1 bottle of Butter Chicken Masala Sauce, water and sauté everything.
Let this simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add pasta and stir everything together.
Let the pasta simmer in butter chicken masala sauce for 3-4 minutes (over low heat).
Turn off the heat.
Transfer the pasta to serving plate and sprinkle fresh coriander on top.
