Indian Butter Chicken Penne

Extremely delicious, quick and comforting penne pasta sautéed in Butter Chicken Masala Sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Penne Pasta (cooked as per package instructions)
- 3 Chicken Breasts (chopped in bite size pieces)
- 1 Bottle Sutter Buttes Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce
- 4 Tbsp Sutter Buttes Arbequina Olive Oil
- ¼ Cup Water (you can use pasta water too)
- ½ Tsp Sutter Buttes Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (use as per taste)
- ¼ Tsp Pepper (use as per taste)
- 4 Tbsp Freshly Chopped Coriander (can use Cilantro)
Directions
- Heat a large pan/skillet and add 4 tbsp olive oil.
- Add chopped chicken and sauté for 5-7 minutes over medium heat (till the chicken is completely cooked).
- Pour 1 bottle of Butter Chicken Masala Sauce, water and sauté everything.
- Let this simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add pasta and stir everything together.
- Let the pasta simmer in butter chicken masala sauce for 3-4 minutes (over low heat).
- Turn off the heat.
- Transfer the pasta to serving plate and sprinkle fresh coriander or cilantro on top.
