Ingredients
- ¼ cup Sutter Buttes Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar
- ¼ cup Sutter Buttes Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Sutter Buttes Tuscan Dipping Herbs
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
Directions
- Create marinade in a mixing bowl by combining balsamic vinegar, olive oil, dipping herbs, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder.
- Place pork tenderloin in ziplock bag and pour marinade over the pork. Allow pork to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with nonstick foil.
- Place pork on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 145 degrees.
- Allow pork to rest for 5 minutes, slice & enjoy.
