Strawberry Vanilla Olive Oil Cake

Sweet Strawberry Vanilla Jam and Vanilla Olive Oil leave this cake moist, fluffy, and SO full of flavor. It's perfect with a big cup of coffee!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup Sutter Buttes Vanilla Olive Oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup yogurt
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- ¼ cup sugar
- 3 cups flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Sutter Buttes Strawberry Vanilla Jam
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a mixing bowl mix together softened butter, olive oil, eggs, vanilla, yogurt, lemon zest and sugar.
- In a separate bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt. Stir in to wet mixture until combined.
- Slowly fold in Strawberry Jam until combined.
- Pour into greased 9x5 baking tin.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove to rack and cool completely.
- Slice, spread with more Strawberry Vanilla Jam & Enjoy!
