Chickpea Tikka Masala

A super quick and delicious meal using chickpeas and Butter Chicken Masala Sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 Cans Garbanzo Beans (drained)
- 1 Bottle Sutter Buttes Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- ¼ Cup Water (you can use pasta water too)
- ½ Tsp Salt (use as per taste)
- ¼ Tsp Pepper (use as per taste)
- 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder (use as per taste)
- 4 Tbsp Freshly Chopped Coriander (can use Cilantro)
Method
- Heat a large pan/skillet and add 2 tbsp olive oil.
- Add drained chickpeas, salt, pepper, red chili powder, and sauté for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
- Pour 1 bottle of Butter Chicken Masala Sauce, water and sauté everything.
- Let this simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir everything once and Turn off the heat.
- Transfer the chickpeas tikka masala to a serving plate and sprinkle fresh coriander or cilantro on top.
