Sutter Buttes Guacamole


3 avacados, halved, seeded and peeled
1 lime, juiced
1 tablespoon Sutter Buttes Lime Oilve Oil
1/2 tsp Sutter Buttes Himalayan Pink Salt
1/2 medium onion, diced
1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp granulated garlic


In a large bowl place the scooped avacado pulp and lime juice, toss to coat.  Drain, and reserve the lime juice, after all the avacados have been coated. Add the salt and garlic and mash with a potato masher.  Then, fold in the lime olive oil, onions, jalapenos, tomatoes and cilantro.  Add 1 tablespoon of the reserved lime juice. Serve with tortilla chips.
