Strawberry and Chocolate Balsamic Parfait

This simple but elegant dessert comes together quickly. The addition of our Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar elevates the flavor making this dessert feel special.
Ingredients
- 12 Vanilla Wafer Cookies, crushed
- 2 tablespoons Sutter Buttes Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Mint Sprigs for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Evenly distribute thin layer of crushed cookies in the bottom of four small cups, wine glasses or dessert dishes.
- Spoon in sliced strawberries and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
- Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar using a stand or hand mixer to create stiff peaks. (Or use store bought whipped cream)
- Top strawberries with a generous dollop of whipped cream and garnish with mint if using.
