Apple and Pecan Salad

This crunchy, delicious apple and pecan salad with parmesan garlic dipping sauce, makes a perfect side for your holiday menu or light lunch.

Ingredients

4 Tbsp Sutter Buttes Parmesan Garlic Dipping Sauce
1 Bag pre-washed Arugula (5 oz)
1 Large Red Apple (cored and thinly sliced)
1/2 Cup Roasted Pecans (Or candied pecans if you prefer more sweetness)
¼ Cup Dried Cranberries
½ Large Red Onion (thinly sliced)
¼ Cup Feta Cheese (crumbled)
½ Tsp Sutter Buttes Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
¼ Tsp Ground Black Pepper to taste

Directions

Toss all ingredients except vinaigrette in a large bowl. Add Parmesan Garlic Dipping Sauce and lightly mix everything using a fork.

Serve the salad fresh
