Merlot Wine Baked Brie

Ingredients
- 1 large sheet of puff pastry dough
- 1, 8 oz round wheel of Brie cheese
- ¼ cup Sutter Buttes Merlot Wine Jam
- 1 Tbsp Sutter Buttes Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
- Crackers for serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Place brie in the middle of the puff pastry dough. Optional: Slice off the top of the brie. The rind is edible, so this is optional, but this can help the pastry dough stick to the crust.
- Spread Merlot Wine Jam on top of brie and fold the dough over the brie. You may need to cut excess dough off of the crust.
- Brush the top of the dough with olive oil.
- Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
- Serve with crackers or fresh fruit.
