Indian Mustard Fish

Try our delicious, melt in your mouth fish recipe using Indian spices and Lemon Dill Mustard. Filled with bright lemon flavor, it’s perfect for summer brunches and lunches.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Sutter Buttes Lemon Dill Mustard
- 2 Tilapia Fish Fillet (you may use any light, skinless and boneless fish)
- 3 tbsp Sutter Buttes Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Fresh Ginger Paste
- ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 Fresh Lime, cut into wedges - for garnish
- 1 Fresh Green Chili, sliced - for garnish
Directions
- In a large bowl, whisk together Lemon Dill Mustard, 1 tbsp olive oil, all the spices and ginger paste. Coat each filet, top and bottom, with the spice paste.
- Place seasoned fish on plate, covered with plastic wrap in the refrigerator and marinate at least 15 minutes.
- Heat 2 Tbsp of olive oil in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook fish for 5-7 minutes per side, until cooked through.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges and sliced green chilies.
Oven Version
- Pre-heat oven 400 degrees.
- Place marinated fish fillets on greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges and sliced green chilies.
