Indian Butter Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Boneless Chicken Breast or Thigh Meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 Tbsp Sutter Buttes Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Thai Chili Olive Oil
- 1 jar Sutter Buttes Indian Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce
- Red or Green Chili paste to taste (optional)
- Butter and Fresh Coriander for garnish
- Steamed Basmati Rice or Toasted Naan Flatbread for serving
Directions
- Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Sautee chicken for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add simmer sauce and cook an additional 10 to 15 minutes, mix in chili paste if using.
- Serve with rice or flatbread, garnish with a dollop of butter and chopped fresh coriander.
