Greek Salad with Feta

Simple to prepare and super tasty, our Greek Salad with Feta will be your new favorite side dish. A little chopping and mixing and before you know it you are done!
Ingredients
- 1-2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and sliced into 1/2" wedges
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups tomatoes of your choice, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 Red Onion, sliced in half rounds
- 1/2 Feta Cheese, 1/2" cubed (not crumbled)
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives - pitted
- Sutter Buttes Himalayan Pink Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Pinch of Oregano for garnish
- 1/2 Cup Sutter Buttes Greek Olive Vinaigrette (Shake well before pouring)
Directions
- Place the cucumber, peppers, tomatoes and red onion in a large bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and pour vinaigrette over vegetables.
- Add the feta cheese and olives and toss lightly.
- Set aside for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
- Top with oregano, serve at room temperature.
