Caribbean Grilled Chicken

Brighten up your weeknight with this Caribbean Grilled Chicken! Made with our delicious White Balsamic and light, summery spices - this is the perfect meal for when you need something quick!
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup Sutter Buttes White Balsamic Vinegar
- ¼ cup Sutter Buttes Arbequina Olive Oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp Sutter Buttes Himalayan Sea Salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Sutter Buttes Wildflower Honey
- 1 cup pineapple, finely chopped
- ¼ cup red pepper, finely chopped
- ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, finely chopped
- ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp Sutter Buttes Arbequina Olive Oil
- ⅓ tsp Sutter Buttes Himalayan Sea Salt
Directions
- In a bowl whisk together marinade. Add chicken to marinade and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes (overnight is best!)
- While chicken is marinating, prepare salsa and heat grill.
- Cook the chicken on high heat for 4-5 minutes on each, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve the chicken with salsa over salad or with rice.
