Apple and Pecan Salad

This crunchy, delicious apple and pecan salad with parmesan garlic dipping sauce, makes a perfect side for your holiday menu or light lunch.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Sutter Buttes Parmesan Dipping Sauce
- 1 bag pre-washed arugula (5 oz)
- 1 large red apple, cored and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup roasted Sutter Buttes Bourbon Glazed Pecans (in-store exclusive)
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ½ large red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ tsp Sutter Buttes Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
Directions
- Toss all ingredients except Parmesan Dipping Sauce in a large bowl.
- Add Parmesan Dipping Sauce and lightly mix everything using a fork.
- Serve the salad fresh.
