Sutter Buttes Green Olive Tapenade is made artisan style in small batches. It consists of puréed young green olives, enriched with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil to create a full-flavored tapenade. Slightly bitter from the pure green olives and the essence of olive oil offers a little extra bite.
Add to salads, braised meats, stews, pizzas, marinades and sandwiches. Fold into pastas and rice dishes. Make a fast hors d’oeuvre by spreading on warm-toasted slices of crusty bread.
