Vanilla Olive Oil Granola

All of the deliciously sweet baked flavor-packed granola tossed together with our award-winning Vanilla infused olive oil. Top your favorite yogurt or eat it by the handful. This recipe makes 15 cups.
Ingredients
- 6 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups sliced almonds
- 1 cup Sutter Buttes Wildflower Honey
- 1 cup Sutter Buttes Vanilla Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- kosher salt
- 2 cups dried cherries
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300°.
- Toss together the rolled oats, almonds, honey, oil, sugar, and 1 teaspoon salt.
- Bake on two rimmed baking sheets, tossing occasionally, until golden, 35 to 40 minutes; let cool.
- Mix in the dried cherries. Store at room temperature for up to three weeks.
