Vanilla Olive Oil Granola

All of the deliciously sweet baked flavor-packed granola tossed together with our award-winning Vanilla infused olive oil. Top your favorite yogurt or eat it by the handful. This recipe makes 15 cups.

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°.
  2. Toss together the rolled oats, almonds, honey, oil, sugar, and 1 teaspoon salt.
  3. Bake on two rimmed baking sheets, tossing occasionally, until golden, 35 to 40 minutes; let cool.
  4. Mix in the dried cherries. Store at room temperature for up to three weeks.

*This granola works with an endless number of variations; Try hazelnuts and dried cranberries, pistachios and dried apricots or pumpkin seeds and raisins.
