Sweet and Spicy Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp minced onions
- 1 Tbsp Sutter Buttes Tuscan Dipping Herbs
- 1 bottle of barbecue sauce (about 18oz)
- 3/4 cup Sutter Buttes Apricot Jalapeno, Hot 7 Pepper OR Pineapple Mango Habanero Jam
- 1/8 tsp each: ground cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, allspice and black pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, egg, water, bread crumbs, minced onion and Bouquet of Herbs Seasoning. Roll into small meatballs.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once halfway through.
- In a slow cooker or large saucepan over low heat, mix together the barbecue sauce, pepper jelly and spices.
- Add meatballs and simmer for 1 hour before serving.
