Spiced Apple Mini Cheesecakes

Mini Apple Spice Cheesecakes are our favorite fall dessert. Made with just a few simple ingredients and topped with our Warm Spiced Apple Jam – it’s hard to eat just one!


For the crust:
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoons Sutter Buttes Vanilla Olive Oil

For the cheesecake:
1 8 oz package cream cheese
½ cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup Sutter Buttes Warm Spiced Apple Jam


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a mini muffin tin with muffin liners or grease well. In a bowl whisk together graham cracker crumbs, sugar and Sutter Buttes Vanilla Olive Oil. Place ½-1 full teaspoon of crust mixture in each muffin tin. With greased hands, press the mixture down until it is lightly packed. In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla extract and cinnamon until smooth. Pour the batter on top of the graham cracker crust, filling about ¾ the way. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool completely for at least 2 hours. Top each cheesecake with 1 tsp Sutter Buttes Warm Spiced Apple Jam.

Makes 24 mini cheesecakes.
