Making your ribs in the oven is the easy way to ensure fall-off-the-bone tender deliciousness. With just a few ingredients you can cook these up at home with minimal effort. Your family and friends will be impressed – we won’t tell them how easy they actually are.
1 rack pork baby back or St. Louis style ribs, membrane removed
3 Tbsp Sutter Buttes Roasting and BBQ Seasoning
1/2 cup Sutter Buttes Raspberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce, plus additional for serving
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray. Rub both sides of the ribs with seasoning, coating well. Place ribs on prepared baking sheet and cover with more foil, crimping edges to seal. Bake in pre-heated oven for 2 – 2 1/2 hours, until cooked through and tender. Remove from oven and brush one side with BBQ sauce. Broil for 2-3 minutes or until sauce starts to caramelize. Flip ribs, brush other side with sauce and broil again. Remove from oven, cut into individual ribs and serve with additional sauce.
