Raspberry Chipotle BBQ Baby Back Ribs

Making your ribs in the oven is an easy way to ensure fall-off-the-bone tender deliciousness. With just a few ingredients you can cook these up at home with minimal effort. Your family and friends will be impressed - we won't tell them how easy they actually are.
Ingredients
- 1 rack pork baby back or St. Louis style ribs, membrane removed
- 3 Tbsp Sutter Buttes Roasting and BBQ Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Sutter Buttes Raspberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce, plus additional for serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Rub both sides of the ribs with seasoning, coating well.
- Place ribs on prepared baking sheet and cover with more foil, crimping edges to seal.
- Bake in pre-heated oven for 2 - 2 1/2 hours, until cooked through and tender.
- Remove from oven and brush one side with BBQ sauce.
- Broil or BBQ for 2-3 minutes or until sauce starts to caramelize.
- Flip ribs, brush other side with sauce and Repeat.
- Remove, cut into individual ribs, and serve with additional sauce and your favorite sides.
