Lemon Pepper Oven Roasted Cauliflower

This Lemon Pepper Roasted Cauliflower goes with literally ANY dinner. It's super simple to make if you have our lemon infused olive oil on hand.
Ingredients
- 1 lb cauliflower florets
- ¼ cup Sutter Buttes Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a lined baking sheet.
- In a bowl whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, pepper and salt.
- Toss cauliflower florets in olive oil mixture until coated. Spread out cauliflower florets out on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
