Lemon Cilantro Grilled Chicken

We are so ready to fire up the grill! We've got this Lemon Cilantro Grilled Chicken on the menu for our Summer BBQs...and we think it should be on yours too!
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp Sutter Buttes Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Sutter Buttes Mild Arbequina Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- In a bowl whisk together marinade ingredients until combined.
- Add chicken and marinade into a bag and allow to sit for a minimum of 30 minutes (overnight is best!)
- Heat a grill on medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side, turn heat on low and cook until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with rice or chop and add to a fresh salad!
