Holiday Pinwheels

Don't know what to bring to your next holiday party? Try these delicious and quick-to-make rolls and pinwheels! They are a quintessential dish at family reunions, holiday gatherings and other special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz soft-style cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Sutter Buttes Parmesan Artichoke Spread
  • 2 tsp snipped fresh oregano
  • 2 tsp snipped fresh chives
  • 2, 10-inch flour tortillas
  • 6 oz thinly sliced prosciutto or ham
  • 4 oz sliced swiss or provolone cheese

Directions

  1. Make sure tortillas are at room temperature.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, artichoke spread oregano, and chives.
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture on the tortillas.
  4. Divide remaining ingredients between tortillas.
  5. Roll up tortillas.
  6. Cover and chill, seam sides down, 2 to 24 hours.
  7. Cut rollups into 1-inch-thick slices. Serve soon after cutting so the tortillas don't dry out.
