Easy Tuscan Herb Focaccia

Using our baking kit makes this Focaccia so easy to make.  There is nothing like warm, fresh baked bread.  Serve along side your favorite pasta or salad, or with dipping oil as an appetizer.


1 Package Sutter Buttes Classic Italian Pizza Crust
1/4 Cup Sutter Buttes Tuscan Herb Dipping Oil (Shake well before pouring)
1 tsp Sutter Buttes Tuscan Herb Sea Salt


Mix pizza kit according to package directions, using 1 cup of water.  Let rise in large oiled bowl for 90 minutes.  Generously oil the bottom of 9″ x 13″ pan with the remaining oil from the baking kit.  Gently press dough into prepared pan to the edges.  Cover and let rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.  Preheat oven to 450° F.  Dimple the surface of the risen dough with fingers and drizzle with the Tuscan Herb Dipping oil.  Sprinkle the top of the oiled dough with the sea salt and bake for 25-35 minutes until golden brown.  Allow to cool for 10 minutes then remove to a rack to keep edges crispy.

Serve warm with additional Tuscan Herb Dipping Oil
