Easy Tuscan Herb Focaccia

Using our baking kit makes this Focaccia so easy to make. There is nothing like warm, fresh-baked bread. Serve alongside your favorite pasta or salad, or with dipping oil as an appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 Package Sutter Buttes Classic Italian Pizza Crust
- 1/4 Cup Sutter Buttes Tuscan Herb Dipping Oil (Shake well before pouring)
- 1 tsp Sutter Buttes Tuscan Herb Sea Salt
Directions
- Mix pizza kit according to package directions, using 1 cup of water.
- Let rise in large oiled bowl for 90 minutes.
- Generously oil the bottom of 9" x 13" pan with the remaining oil from the baking kit.
- Gently press dough into prepared pan to the edges.
- Cover and let rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
- Preheat oven to 450° F.
- Dimple the surface of the risen dough with fingers and drizzle with the Tuscan Herb Dipping oil.
- Sprinkle the top of the oiled dough with the sea salt and bake for 25-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes then remove to a rack to keep edges crispy.
Serve warm with additional Tuscan Herb Dipping Oil
