Crunchy Double Chocolate Salted Olive Oil Cookies

These salted double chocolate olive oil cookies will definitely be the star for dessert! Crunchy cookies packed with chocolate are bound to impress anyone! Made with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, these are a healthy(ish) dessert.
Ingredients
- ½ cup Sutter Buttes Arbequina Olive Oil
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cup flour
- ⅔ cups chocolate chips
- ¼ cup Flaky sea salt
Directions
- In a bowl mix together olive oil, sugars and eggs until combined.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and chill dough, covered in the refrigerator for at least 30 mins.
- When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Roll dough in 1 tablespoon size balls, gently pressing down to flatten slightly.
- Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
