Light, colorful and delicious fresh rolls filled with carrots, sweet bell peppers, cucumber, tofu and wrapped in collard green leaves. Served with our Korean BBQ Sauce, it is a perfect appetizer or quick-healthy snack.
4 Tbsp Sutter Buttes Korean BBQ Sauce – for serving the rolls
6 Large Collard Green Leaves
½ Cup Shredded Carrots
1 Cup Thinly Sliced Sweet Bell Pepper
1 Large Cucumber, Thinly Sliced
1 Package Extra Firm Tofu, chopped into bite-size pieces
4-5 Sprigs Fresh Cilantro
2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
Wash and dry the collard green leaves. Cut leaves in half, removing the tough center stem. Lay the divided collard leaf on a medium plate. Layer carrots, bell peppers, cucumber, tofu and cilantro onto one side of a leaf half. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and roll tightly. Repeat for remaining leaves
Transfer the fresh rolls to a serving platter.
Serve with Korean BBQ Sauce for dipping.
