Ingredients

Sutter Buttes Yogurt Garlic Sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp of plain yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Cut chicken into ½ inch cubes.
  2. Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, parsley, minced garlic, juice of 1 lemon, and Shawarma Seasoning. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan.
  4. Sauté chicken unit cooked through.
  5. Warm pita and assemble with chicken and desired toppings.
  6. Top with your favorite condiments including our garlic sauce (recipe below) or hummus.

Sutter Buttes Yogurt Garlic Sauce

  1. Mince garlic
  2. Whisk mayo, yogurt, lemon juice, fresh parsley and garlic together.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
