1 lb groud beef
1 lb ground pork
1 cup toasted plain breadcrumbs
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 medium onion finely diced
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp Sutter Buttes Tuscan Herb spice blend
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp Sutter Buttes Arbequina extra-virgin olive oil
Sutter Buttes Caramelized Onion Jam to coat the top
Preheat the oven to 350°. Lightly grease a loaf pan with olive oil, set aside. Drizzle olive oil in a pan and saute diced onions over medium heat until translucent.
Mix together the onions and all remaining ingredients, press into the loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Brush the top with the desired amount of Sutter Buttes Onion Balsamic Jam. Continue to cook for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot with mashed potatoes and gravy.
