Caramelized Onion Glazed Meatloaf

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup toasted plain breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 medium onion finely diced
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tsp Sutter Buttes Tuscan Herb spice blend
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp Sutter Buttes Arbequina extra-virgin olive oil
- Sutter Buttes Caramelized Onion Jam to coat the top
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Lightly grease a loaf pan with olive oil, set aside. Drizzle olive oil in a pan and saute diced onions over medium heat until translucent.
- Mix together the onions and all remaining ingredients, press into the loaf pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Brush the top with the desired amount of Sutter Buttes Onion Balsamic Jam. Continue to cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve hot with mashed potatoes and gravy.
