Use these two recipes with your favorite Sutter Buttes Infused Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars to create custom dressings that are sure to please.
Ingredients
Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 3/4 Cup Sutter Buttes Infused Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Sutter Buttes Infused Balsamic Vinegar
- Pinch of Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
- Fresh Ground Pepper
- Fresh herbs of your choice (optional)
Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
- 1/3 Cup Sutter Buttes Infused Olive Oil
- 1/3 Cup Sutter Buttes Infused Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 4 Tbsp Sutter Buttes Wildflower Honey
- 3 Tbsp Sutter Buttes Chardonnay Mustard
Directions
- Combine ingredients in small jar or container with a well-sealing lid. Shake until well combined.
