Our White Truffle Infused Olive Oil is made by infusing our Extra Virgin Olive Oil with white truffles from Northern Italy. This succulent finishing oil is rich with intense flavor adds a depth of flavor to food.

Serving Suggestions:

Drizzle on eggs, grilled vegetables and meats.  Add to mashed potatoes, pasta, risotto, sauces, soups, and stews. Use as a dipping oil or finishing oil.  This oil is also great on popcorn.
