Field Greens & Herb Salad with Berries

Ingredients
- 5 oz mixed salad greens, add in arugula or spinach to your liking
- handful of fresh chopped herbs; mint, basil, parsley
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 2 cups of sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup of Gorgonzola
Vinaigrette
- 2 Tbsp Sutter Buttes Basil Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Sutter Buttes Fig Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 shallot, minced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Sutter Buttes Wildflower Honey
- 1 Tbsp Sutter Buttes Chardonnay Mustard
Directions
- Mix the salad greens, fresh herbs, blueberries, strawberries, and Gorgonzola cheese.
- Combine the balsamic, shallot, honey and mustard. Slowly whisk in the olive oil.
- Leave the dressing on the side or drizzle over the salad and toss to coat right before serving.
