Sutter Buttes Dried Salt Cured Green Olives have been dried in the traditional Greek manner. Our olives are milder than traditional salt cured olives more meaty with an intense fruity aroma and a hint of smoky flavor with a slightly salty finish.

Serving Suggestions:

Slice or chop and liven up your pasta, pizza and Mediterranean dishes. Mix with Sutter Buttes Roasted Herbed Olive Medley olives to create a quick and fabulous hors d’oeuvre.  Serve as a side dish or use as a garnish. Toss in a salad or eat out of the jar.
