Spiced Apple Mini Cheesecakes

Mini Apple Spice Cheesecakes are our favorite fall dessert. Made with just a few simple ingredients and topped with our Warm Spiced Apple Jam - it's hard to eat just one!

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Prepare a mini muffin tin with muffin liners or grease well.
  3. In a bowl whisk together graham cracker crumbs, sugar and Sutter Buttes Vanilla Olive Oil.
  4. Place ½-1 full teaspoon of crust mixture in each muffin tin.
  5. With greased hands, press the mixture down until it is lightly packed. 
  6. In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla extract and cinnamon until smooth. Pour the batter on top of the graham cracker crust, filling about ¾ the way. 
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Cool completely for at least 2 hours.
  9. Top each cheesecake with 1 tsp Sutter Buttes Warm Spiced Apple Jam.

Makes 24 mini cheesecakes.
