Brighten up your weeknight with this Caribbean Grilled Chicken! Made with our delicious White Balsamic and light, summery spices - this is the perfect meal for when you need something quick!

Directions

  1. In a bowl whisk together marinade. Add chicken to marinade and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes (overnight is best!) 
  2. While chicken is marinating, prepare salsa and heat grill.  
  3. Cook the chicken on high heat for 4-5 minutes on each, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. 
  4. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve the chicken with salsa over salad or with rice.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
